God's Ways Of Speaking To His People

Gen. 28:12-13 "Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it. And behold, the Lord stood above it and said: 'I am the Lord God of Abraham your father and the God of Isaac; the land on which you lie I will give to you and your descendants.' "
Gen. 28:15-16 " 'Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.' Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, 'Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.' "
Exod. 33:11 "So the Lord spoke to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend..."
Exod. 34:33-35 "And when Moses had finished speaking with them, he put a veil on his face. But whenever Moses went in before the Lord to speak with Him, he would take the veil off until he came out...And whenever the children of Israel saw the face of Moses, that the skin of Moses' face shone, then Moses would put the veil on his face again, until he went in to speak with Him."
2 Sam. 22:14

"The Lord thundered from heaven,
And the Most High uttered His voice."

Bible Note: The moment I completed proofing my web site to the point it was I said, "Done." And it thundered. I said, "Good. God is happy I'm done." This verse confirms that point. Hallelujah!

1 Kin. 19:11-12 "Then He said, 'Go out, and stand on the mountain before the Lord.' And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind tore into the mountains and broke the rocks in pieces before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind; and after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake; and after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire *a still small voice (a delicate, whispering voice)."
Matt. 1:20, 24-25 "But while he thought about these things, behold an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, 'Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.'...Then Joseph, being aroused from sleep, did as the angel of the Lord commanded him and took to him his wife, and did not know her till she had brought forth her firstborn Son. And he called His name Jesus."
Luke 1:26-28 "Now...the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a city of Galilee named Nazareth, to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. The virgin's name was Mary. And having come in, the angel said to her, 'Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!"
John 1:1-2 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the begining with God."
John 1:14-17 "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. John bore witness of Him and cried out, saying, 'This was He of whom I said, "He who comes after me is preferred before me, for He was before me." ' And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace. For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ."
John 14:15-17

"If you love Me, keep My commandments. And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you."

John 14:25-26

"These things I have spoken to you while being present with you. But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you."

Acts 2:14-18 "But Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, 'Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words. For these are not drunk as you suppose, since it is ony the third hour of the day. But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:

"And it shall come to pass in the last
   days, says God,
That I will pour out of My Spirit on all
   flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall
   prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams,
And on My menservants and on My
   maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days;
And they shall prophesy."
' "     (Joel 2:28-29)
Heb. 1:1-2 "God, who at various times and in different ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds."
Bible Note: As we are in the end times we can see the Holy Spirit is able to speak to us in any way God wants Him to.
