teach you;
And the birds of the air, and they will
tell you;
Or speak to the earth, and it will teach
you;
And the fish of the sea will explain to
you.
Who among all these does not know
That the hand of the Lord has done
this,
In whose hand is the *life (soul) of every
living thing,
And the breath of all mankind?"
And the breath of the Almighty gives
him understanding."
And the breath of the Almighty gives
me life."
Nor will the Almighty pervert justice.
Who gave Him charge over the earth?
Or who appointed Him over the whole
world?
If He should set His heart on it,
If He should gather to Himself His
Spirit and His breath,
All flesh would perish together,
And man would return to dust."

breath of His mouth."
You take away their breath, they die
and return to their dust."

life and understanding. Taken away all would die. Thus we should praise Him for
