Jesus - Put Away Our Sins

Deut 21:22-23 "If a man has committed a sin worthy of death, and he is put to death, and you hang him on a tree, his body shall not remain overnight on the tree, but you shall surely bury him that day, so that you do not defile the land which the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance; for he who is hanged is accursed of God."
Psa. 103:12 "As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He removed our
transgressions from us."
Psa. 130:3-4 "If You, Lord, should *mark (take note of) iniquities,
O Lord, who could stand?
But there is forgiveness with You,
That You may be feared."
Isa. 43:25 "I, even I, am He who blots out your
transgressions for My own sake;
And I will not remember your sins."
Isa. 53:4-5 "Surely He has borne our griefs
And carried our sorrows;
Yet we esteemed Him stricken,
Smitten by God, and afflicted.
But He was wounded for our
   transgressions,
He was *bruised (crushed) for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was
   upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed."
Jer. 31:34 "No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, 'Know the Lord,' for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more."

Zech. 3:2-4 "And the Lord said to Satan, 'The Lord rebuke you, Satan! The Lord who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Is this not a brand plucked from the fire?' Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and was standing before the Angel. Then He answered and spoke to those who stood before Him, saying, 'Take away the filthy garments from him.' And to him He said 'See, I have removed your iniquity from you, and I will clothe you with rich robes.' "

Matt. 5:17-18 "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one *tittle (the smallest stroke in a Heb. letter) will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled."
Rom. 7:4-6 "Therefore, my brethren, you also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you may be married to another, even to Him who was raised from the dead, that we should bear fruit to God. For when we were in the flesh, the passions of sins which were aroused by the law were at work in our members to bear fruit to death. But now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter."
2 Cor. 5:21 "For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him."
Gal. 3:13-14 "Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree'), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith."
Bible Note: I can't read music, or play any instrument, but I received the following song in my head from the Lord, and I sing it to remind me of what I have in Jesus.
Jan. 24, 1990 Song I am redeemed from the curse of the law
You lift me up whenever I fall
You fill my soul with the Holy Spirit
Whatever comes I'll never fear it.

I thank You, Lord, for each day of my life
You give me joy to replace all the strife
Your kingdom of God is now within me
Shining a light for the whole world to see.

I sing You praises that give You glory
Because Your gift of life has set me free
I walk each day seeking the path of Thee
For Jesus' name gave me the victory.
Listen to the song.
Col. 2:11-15
"In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ, buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it."

and Satan Was Cast Out Of Heaven)
8-25-90 poem:
3:05 am
I refuse to be moved by what I feel,
My happiness Satan is trying to steal;
But he'll not get it as long as I can
Call out to the Father in heaven so grand.

I'll write down the words God has given to me,
Until all the world begins to see;
Jesus fought for us; He gave up His life
So we need not worry, or be filled with strife.

To hell He descended to kick in the gate,
And release all the saints who by faith did wait;
Then to the Father in heaven above
They all ascended to live there with love.

To all of mankind the name Jesus had
Given power over darkness so bad;
We stand with the Spirit, and fight for our self
In Jesus name to gain heavenly wealth.

We must now teach the others we see
That Jesus salvation has set us all free;
Encourage each one to seek the good Lord,
And fight for their souls of their own accord.
