The Lord Inhabits His Praises

1 Sam. 16:23 "And so it was, whenever the spirit from God was upon Saul, that David would take a harp and play it with his hand. Then Saul would become refreshed and well, and the distressing spirit would depart from him."
Psa. 22:3 "But You are holy,
Who inhabit the praises of Israel."
Psa. 150:1-6 "Praise the Lord!

Praise God in His sanctuary;
Praise Him in His mighty firmament!
Praise Him for His mighty acts;
Praise Him according to His excellent
   greatness!
Praise Him with the sound of the
   *trumpet (cornet);
Praise Him with the lute and harp!
Praise Him with the timbrel and dance;
Praise Him with stringed instruments
   and flutes!
Praise Him with loud cymbals;
Praise Him with high sounding cymbals!

Let everything that has breath praise
   the Lord.

*Praise the Lord! (Heb. Hallelujah)
Luke 19:37-40 "Then, as He was now drawing near the decent of the Mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works they had seen, saying:

' "Blessed is the King who comes in
the name of the Lord!"
      (Psa. 118:26)
Peace in heaven and glory in the
   highest!'

And some of the Pharisees called to Him from the crowd, 'Teacher, rebuke Your disciples.' But He answered and said to them, 'I tell you that if these should keep silent, the stones would immediately cry out.' "

BibleNote: I played praise music for my children so they did not have nightmares. The Lord still inhabits His praises!
