Shepherds - According To God's Heart

Jer. 3:14-15 " 'Return, O backsliding children,' says the Lord; 'for I am married to you. I will take you, one from a city and two from a family, and I will bring you to Zion. And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.' "
Jer. 10:21 "For the shepherds have become dull-
   hearted,
And have not sought the Lord;
Therefore they shall not prosper,
And all their flocks shall be scattered."
Jer. 23:1-4
" 'Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture!' says the Lord. Therefore thus says the Lord God of Israel against the shepherds who feed My people: 'You have scattered My flock, driven them away, and not attended to them. Behold, I will attend to you for the evil of your doings,' says the Lord. 'But I will gather the remnant of My flock out of all countries where I have driven them, and bring them back to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. I will set up shepherds over them who will feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, nor shall they be lacking,' says the Lord."
Matt. 9:36-38 "But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. Then He said to His disciples, 'The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.' "
John 10:11, 14-15

"I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep...I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own. As the Father knows me, even so I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. And other sheep I have which are not of this fold; them also I must bring, and they will hear My voice; and there will be one flock and one shepherd."

Acts 20:28-29 "Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood. For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock."
Jas. 3:1 "My brethren, let not many of you become teachers, knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgment."
See (The Tongue - Brings Life - Or Death)
1-3-91 poem: Everything I see, I am, or that I do,
None of it would be possible without You;
I thank You, Father, for all of the years
You brought me through my many fears.

You stayed with me throughout my life
To deliver me from my every strife;
When I did not know You were here at all
You'd pick me up each time I'd fall.

Until the day I saw You there
Upholding me with Your loving care;
You showed me the name Lucia means Light,
And set me upon Your path of right.

Praising Jesus' name, I took my place,
Asking forgiveness I received Your grace;
Now You say, Lord, to man I must teach
The riches of Christ are within our reach.

Though unsearchable they appear to be
I know Your Spirit will allow me to see;
Helping Gentiles see we're one with Jesus
Because His blood He shed to release us.
Eph. 3:8 "...that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ."
