Wrestling With Good And Evil

Gen. 30:8 "Then Rachel said, 'With great wrestlings I have wrestled with my sister, and indeed I have prevailed.' So she called his name *Naphtali." (My Wrestling)
Gen. 32:34 "Then Jacob was left alone; and a Man wrestled with him until the breaking of day."
Rom. 7:14-25 "For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am carnal, sold under sin. For what I am doing, I do not understand. For what I will to do, that I do not practice; but what I hate, that I do. If, then I do what I will not to do, I agree with the law that it is good. But now, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me. For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) nothing good dwells; for to will is present with me, but how to perform what is good I do not find. For the good that I will to do, I do not do; but the evil I will not to do, that I practice. Now if I do what I will not to do, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me. I find then a law, that evil is present with me, the one who wills to do good. For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man. But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? I thank God - through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin."

Bible Note: There are three references in my Bible of the word wrestle, but recently I had a dream in which the Lord showed me a different way of looking at this word as it applies to our everyday life.
Dream I was a passenger in a car with a woman named "Shirley" driving (which means "from the bright clearing"). She sped up a bit, and then slowed down. I asked "How fast were you going?" She said "60." I answered "I went 80 one time when someone ticked me off." We went into this place where people were wrestling. In one area a man and a woman were wrestling in mud.
Bible I actually did speed up to 80 mph one day when someone ticked me off. I was driving on a long highway when a black truck came up behind me, right on my tail. (This can be incredibly dangerous on country roads where deer can pop out at you in a heartbeat) When I noticed it, my flesh instantly reared up, and as there was quite a distance between me and the next car on this straightaway, and due to the fact my engine has a supercharge, I just gently touched the gas pedal, and in a breath I was going 80 mph. When I got between that car and the one in front of me I took it down to the speed limit. But in no time at all the truck sped up behind me and rode my tail once again. This time I was approaching a passing zone so I slowed down, rolled down my window, and waved the driver to pass me. She only waved me on ahead. When I got to the bottom of the hill I pulled over and let her go by.
Dream cont. A man was with me holding the edges of a white sheet. He said there was someone who needed curtains so I said "Give them to them." We folded 4 sheets for them. (4 is God's creative works)
2 Cor. 3:17-18 "Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord."

2 Cor. 4:3-4 "But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them."

BibleNote: I woke up with the thought "Wrestling with good and evil." Then I asked God to take the veil off my eyes, and let me see Him.
Eph. 6:10-18 "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the *wiles (schemings) of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breasplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints - "

Bible Note: It's the Light of God that comes in to dispel the darkness of our lives, and enables our spirit to overcome the flesh impulses by Jesus' Spirit as we choose to receive that Light through Jesus work on Calvary.
